Community Guidelines

1. Keep It Positive & Respectful

  • Treat every member with respect.

  • Debate ideas, not people.

  • Assume positive intent when perspectives differ.

  • Keep your conversations aligned with our purpose: visibility, connection, growth, and progress.


2. Be a Resource, Not a Roadblock

  • Use your voice to uplift, encourage, and add value.

  • Share insights, support, and opportunities that help others move forward.

  • No gatekeeping. No tearing others down.

3. Protect the Space

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, discriminatory behavior, or bullying.

  • Do not share members’ personal information, messages, or content outside the app without permission.

  • No solicitation, spam, or unwanted DMs.

  • Illegal activity in any form is prohibited and may result in immediate removal.


HERizon Connect retains the right to monitor and moderate profiles, posts, chats, groups, and events to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.


4. Be Authentic, Accurate, and Professional

  • Represent yourself honestly. No false identities or misleading information.

  • Professional and respectful profile photos only. No sexually explicit or suggestive images.

  • If you share professional insights or opportunities, ensure they’re credible and inclusive.


5. Accountability & Consequences

  • We take these guidelines seriously because our community relies on trust.

  • Any failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a warning or the termination of your account.


HERizon Connect retains the right to remove or terminate accounts that violate the Community Guidelines at its sole discretion.

Violation Process:

  • Warning: For minor violations, you may receive a written warning with guidance on how to correct the behavior.

  • Removal: Serious violations, including harassment, discriminatory behavior, illegal activity, or anything that compromises member safety, will result in immediate removal and loss of access.


All reports are confidentially reviewed in context and evaluated fairly.
